About Us

Hi there, thank you for stopping by my shop. My name is Nancy. I am born and raised in Southern California and recently moved across country to South Dakota. Why you ask? I moved with my person, our 2 dogs and senior cat, in search for a new adventure. Growing up in South Los Angeles there was always an exposure to different cultures, music and fashion styles.  Because of this, it  gave me an edge to my taste in fashion (and music). Just about anything creative really drives me. As an original gal at heart, I love making things with my hands, from building furniture to applying special effects make up for costumes (Darth Maul was one of my favorites). Being unique and authentic in my own style is something that has been most important to me. So I pushed myself to apply some of my creativity in starting my own jewelry designs by hand.

I started designing and creating my own jewelry pieces after realizing I could never find what I was looking for. And as much as I love getting dolled up, they were always too much or not enough. Sometimes the uncommon pieces I loved  were a bit over my budget. Which is why I started creating pieces I knew I'd enjoy wearing, and knew not everyone would have.

Staying authentic to your own heart is an important value I hold dearly. So when it comes to designing certain types of styles in jewelry, I love being inspired by different elements, certain people and even types of music. Growing up in a household with a single parent, taught me so much about integrity, self confidence and hard work. I lost my dad who was the only hero I knew and then seeing my mom raise 2 young teens and an 8 yr old all on her own; well that's enough to be a crash course to growing up strong into the woman I am today.  Life quickly taught me at a young age, that loyalty to your family, faith in Our Creator and commitment to continue the hard work, always pays off in creating the kind and graceful person you need to be to survive any obstacle the world brings to you.

My goal to making authentic pieces is to help you feel pretty on those days it's particularly harder to. As the perfectionist that I am, the pieces I make are carefully created with integrity. I like to design pieces that are simple and dainty but carry their own classy style while staying unique. They are made for the young lady that wakes up for school and has that perfect little piece of jewelry she treasures, and leaves it on to hang out with her friends after school. They are made for the gal that has that favorite piece of jewelry she wears to the grocery store, and leaves on to pick the kids up at school. They are also made for those gems that wake up at 5am to get ready for work Monday through Friday, put on their preferred piece that matches all work outfits, and leaves on for happy hour.

This is me in my unique style in the middle of the Midwest. Bringing some LA vibes to South Dakota is what I strive for.

Thanks again for stopping by! I appreciate it more than you know.
